Yes, indeed...the halter dress returns! I went to dinner with Ms. J last week and she mentioned how cute it looked in pictures, so OG decided to wear it to her house! Luckily, Ms. J works magic with her camera and somehow manages to get a
clear picture of OG.
Witchcraft, I tell you.
